We also use Google Analytics (GA4) which collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. We do not use cookies for marketing or tracking beyond GA4.
Contact form submissions are sent directly to our team by email so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not share your personal data with any third parties, sell it, or use it for marketing purposes unless you have specifically asked us to contact you. GA4 data is used to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Contact form submissions are transmitted securely. We do not store form submissions on the web server. They are sent by email and then deleted from the server.
Contact form data is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for any ongoing business relationship. GA4 data is retained according to Google's standard retention policy (14 months).
